I am writing to rate on the service department. After being a satisfied customer here for years for my two Toyota vehicles, I will NEVER return to this service facility. While they are very willing to loan you a vehicle while yours is serviced, beware about being honest if you happen to get a minor scratch in the paint on the loaner. They tried to charge me a ridiculous amount for a knick in the paint. I will give them credit that after a bit of negotiating, I was not charged.
