I visited this business for my car's oil change 1-12-13. I watched as the service tech struggled to get my air filter cover off as I know it is difficult. He never did. He peaked in at it and said, "You will need a new air filter next visit." Items checked on the invoice as inspected were never done. My false invoice lists inspected: battery, air filter, wiper blades, power steering fluid, radiator overflow bottle and I can tell you, it was NOT done.
