Instrucor Performance Inventory

The Instructor Performance Inventory is an evidenced-based co-evaluation method for faculty development and evaluation. Co-evaluation permits the instructors to compare their self-assessments with their students' asssessments using the same behavioral criteria. It also allows instructors to test their assumptions about teaching by writing their own survey items which are added to the Inventory. There are no meaningless national norms. It is not a student rating system. Assessments are based on the combined input of the insructor and students in each class taught.
