The entire experience was a mess. I would not recommend this company to transport a cup of water. Just because you have nice transportation does not mean you know how to manage a company. Sorry, I think I have done everyone that has hired this company an injustice by delaying my review of ACC. I hired ACC to transport my daughter this past February. She received a bone marrow transplant (BMT) in NY and I was looking to get her home to FL. During the initial conversations with ACC, I identified my daughter%u2019s condition. She is a 2 year old tracheostomy patie
