Nittany Engineering Associates, LLC provides full-service engineering & surveying services and has been successfully assisting clients within Central Pennsylvania for almost 30 years. Robert S. Decker, PE, our company president, formed NEA in 2006, acquiring and renaming the firm based on the retirement of Dana R. Boob PE/PLS, the previous company owner of Dana R. Boob Surveying & Engineering since 1980. Our office is located in Old Fort / Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. We are 15 minutes from State College, Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania State University. We concentrate our services in the Nittany Valley / Penns Valley / Centre Regions; however, we also regularly provide services in locations throughout the western, central and eastern areas of Pennsylvania.
