WHAT A MAGOR DISAPPOINTMENT YO. I am a retired disabled man from Philadelphia PA. And I thought I had seen the worst of rude and just down right obnoxious people untill I started to go to five star. The so called manager (kiry) Treated me like a PIG in frount of her so called staff when I daired to complain about some serious issues I was haveing as a handicap client. Insted of working with me or even trying to do the right thing she just TAUNTED me in frount of her staff and made sport of me I was shocked at her complete lack of respect and or compassion.
