Gave one star because it's the lowest possible. Placed an order with 6-10 day lead time in September. Called John at least 10 times and got excuses and lies for 3 months, finally gave up and got my deposit back in December. Only positive experience was that he refunded promptly, although I collected in person. How can he run a business that way, if you aren't interested in doing the job, just tell the customer rather than string them along for months.
