Taekwondo & Hapkido are Korean arts that dated 1200 years. Hapkido is the Korean Art of Self Defense. It counter part is the Japanese style of Aikido. Uses join locks, ground defense and strikes. Taekwondo is the Korean Art of self defense crested in combat. Uses kicking and punching. Taekwondo is for the whole family. Ages from 5 years old and up. Hapkido ages from 12 years old and up.
