They deserve less than "ZERO" as a rating. DO NOT use this company. Called them for repair of my Whirlpool oven. By watching some youtube videos, I thought the problem was the oven's ignitor. The tech came out, didn't even pull the oven out and thoroughly check it out. The tech listened to it and proclaimed it was the control board. I called them so many times to find out what the problem was with my oven. When the tech finally called me back, he quoted me a price of $500.
