Hunterdon Healthcare provides a wide range of laboratory services at four convenient locations in order to provide maximum access to our patients. The labs and many physician practices are linked through a courier system that offers year-round service for the transport of specimens and supplies. Most routine test results are available within 24 hours. Many physician offices are linked electronically with our information systems to expedite test ordering and reporting.The laboratories of Hunterdon Medical Center are licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Health and Senior Services, and accredited by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (CAP). The CAP has been given deemed status and is recognized by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Outpatient Lab work is available at the Hunterdon Doctors Office Building and the Sandhill Office Building in Flemington and the Clinton Health Campus in Clinton.
