The initial carwash contact is perpetually confused, and arbitrarily assigns a price for the service. He is not an English speaker. Despite ordering the same service on multiple visits, I have been quoted a different price each time. The surfer behind the register said all pricing is "at the discretion" of the first contact. The towelers then wipe off the grease pencil code from your window that the initial contact wrote, so no one has any clue what services you ordered.
