The funeral home was not at all prepared for a large funeral and instead of honestly telling the family this and recommending a larger funeral home they ruined the funeral of our loved one instead. When it came time for the immediate family to be seated they actually pushed the immediate family into a side room and then seated non family members in the family section. When we tried to explain what had happened we were told not to make a scene....not to make a scene? They were rude; they were understaffed, unorganized, and honestly appeared to just not really sincerely care
