Our home had water damage on the entire downstairs living space(4 rooms and a bathroom) in May of this year and even though there were some problems with the floor guy, Steve Duncan, and the floor installation had many errors after installation we just accepted that is they way this floor is suppose to be. Then on July 31st, we had another flood from the water hose from the refrigerator's ice maker and when we called the insurance adjuster( Jeremy Phillips) he ask who we wanted to use and I told him that Big Bear would be ok except I didn%u2019t want the flo
