Asked United BMW to install a suspension upgrade kit on a new 2011 BMW. United BMW only installed half of the parts. The parts they did install were installed incorrectly. They rounded-off a few bolts. A four wheel alignment performed as part of the installation was massively hosed up. United BMW said that they sold me a different suspension that did only contain half of the parts, but cost the same amount of money. The service invoice cited the BMW part number of a product United BMW advertised prominently featuring the missing parts. United
