I went to Bert for the first massage I've ever had. He was both professional and caring. He took extra time to walk me through the experience beforehand and was more than willing to talk me through what he was doing during the massage. (I like conversation and was asking him questions.) I can find it hard to relax, especially in new situations, but he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. And I got a full hour on the massage table! It was a great experience, great price, and I plan on going back.
