We contracted this family a couple of years ago. VERY disappointed. They came back to see our concerns about runs, missed spots,etc. The father became upset and yelled that his mother was ill and he had other priorities. I can sympathize with the mother's illness, however he could have come back at a later date. When we tried to call him he did not answer, nor did he return messages left on his answering machine.
