We switched to Mercy Works about 5 months ago from another provider in town. Mercy Works has exceeded every expectation thus far. They work hard to ensure we have the same caregivers on a regular schedule (one of my big problems with the other provider) and have saved us over $800 so far this year. They are easy to get ahold of and always have a "can do" attitude. I highly recommend Mercy Works Louisville to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
