Poorly managed building. Any complaints to management are not addressed and residents have to put up with unruly neighbors, rats in the trash area, a poorly designed sprinkler system and a major feral rooster crowing problem among other things. My rent is way to high for having to deal with all this bullshit. If you are looking for peace and quiet go elsewhere! New management, same old crap
