Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience using this company for an electric stove issue. They were able to send someone out right away (within an hour) but things quickly went downhill from there. The guy that showed up seemed to be in a really foul mood and was super unfriendly. Also, the tool bag he had with him was tiny (way smaller than a shave kit) so I don't know what he could have done if he was faced with a major repair job.
