We are an experienced, specialty lamp shop. We do custom lamp design, repair lamps, chandeliers,& sconces. We stock all kinds lamps and replacement shades.

Review

I brought a lamp in to be rewired. While at Lake Forest Lamp and Shade Co, my lamp was damaged. When I brought the damage to the attention of the store owner, she denied any wrongdoing. She refused to repair or replace my lamp. I am stuck with a useless lamp. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this place. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional.
