Attorneys On Legally Related Matters. Since 1994 I have maintained a general private law practice in Ashland emphasizing wills, trusts, probate, issues of concern to the elderly as well as select issues in business law. I earned a BA from University of Hartford, CT in 1971, MA from New York University, NY in 1973; JD, Cum Laude, from Whittier College School of Law (LA, CA) in 1983. I have been an Ashland resident since 1986 and was an owner and operator of a small business in Ashland until 1994 when I was admitted to the practice of law in Oregon. In 1996 I additionally licensed as a Mediator. I am an active member of the statewide Elder Law executive committee of the Oregon State Bar, and its newsletter subcommittee, past member of the statewide Sole and Small Firm Practice executive committee of the Oregon State Bar, and past chair of its continuing legal education and mentorship subcommittees. I have authored several published legal articles and been invited to speak before other attorneys on legally related matters.
