Mobile Holistic Veterinary Care For Large & Small Animals. Housecalls is the holisitc, mixed animal mobile practice of Ann Swartz DVM CVH. The practice offers a “wholistic” approach that focuses on your animal’s wellness. Dr Swartz visits your home or farm to provide the very best in holistic veterinary care. Acknowledging that conventional medicine is only one of several different approaches, Dr Swartz offers a range of health care options that encompass homeopathy, herbs, nutrition and conventional medicine. The goal of the practice is to offer safe, effective, individualized, practical and compassionate care choices for animal companions and livestock. Dr Swartz provides veterinary care for all species. She strives to involve pet guardians and farmer-ranchers in the practical health care of their farm and pet animal companions by offering holistic medical choices for prevention and treatment. Dr Swartz is a 1988 graduate of the Oregon State University School of Veterinary Medicine and a dedicated holistic practitioner serving the Rogue Valley area since 1989. In late 2014, she relocated to the southern end of the Willamette Valley from where she plans to serve the holistic veterinary needs of the greater Eugene-Springfield area, including Cottage Grove, Creswell, Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis. Services for all species include but are not limited to: •Physical exam. •Conventional, nutritional, herbal, and homeopathic medicine recommendations are discussed at each appointment. •Change of approach or second opinion consultations. These appointments typically last 45 minutes and the associated fee for the exam and consultation is $90, in addition to the trip fee. If possible, previous records should be available for this appointment. •Equine dental exams and hand floating when indicated.
