Garcia is a Certified Family Law Specialist, State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, with over 29 years’ experience. Mr. Garcia is the Past-President of East/West Family Law Council, which premieres cutting-edge seminars with sitting and retired judicial officers, forensic psychologists, accountants and prestigious experts presenting meaningful MCLE approved Programs, and is still an active board member. Mr. Garcia has exceeded the minimum requirements for Continuing Education credits. He has been a Judge Pro Tem for over 18 years hearing contested cases involving custody, visitation, support, attorney’s fees, domestic violence, paternity, characterization of property, debt, and more. Associate Attorney Vanessa Gnekow has recently joined the firm and is an outstanding performer. Ms. Gnekow is a tough negotiator, litigator and will not back down from any challenge presented. Ms. Gnekow consistently advocates zealously on behalf of the client, takes difficult cases and turns them around to obtain favorable results. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Riverside, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law.
