They are the worst guy I have ever seen in any life and I am not sure how come Toyota lets these guys stay on their job or is it Toyota itself that wants customers. These guys have the usual tactic to every customer. Every time, I go for oil change but end up doing the intermediate or the major service. On every visit, they recommend doing some crap which is not at all needed for a brand new car. This one time, they charged me $400 and did not do the basic maintenance things like the water for the wind shield wiper. I went to this service center with the complaint asking ho
