Twist by Oliver Ifergan Downtown LA will feature tanning,Color, Haircuts, blow dry's salon extended hours and will be open on Sundays. For many years I have been privileged to style some of the most beautiful and fashionable people in Los Angeles. My hope is to continue expanding my offerings by presenting more affordable options in a new setting while continuing the service and style we have become famous for. Beauty with a twist.
