Review
I go to McDonalds about three or four times a month and I really don't know why. I always use the drive through because I usually do not have the time to go inside. Not once in the last six months has my order been correct. It is very frustrating to get home and find out that what I ordered is not what is in the bag. I now call it my grab bag breakfast/lunch or what ever. Maybe a little better training or better hiring practices should be looked at closely and improved? What do you think?
