In my opinion, Loftus is exceptionally unprofessional & discriminating. After accompanying a client to pick up her dog, we were taken to an exam room, required to pay the bill in full in the exam room even before seeing the dog, and then, when I inquired why they held the dog from my client due to lack of payment, but allowed other clients to take their pets home & "make payments" Loftus exploded! She started carrying on about how much money she donates & what her account receivables are then she ordered myself & the client (who never spoke onc
