There was a definite lack of customer service and a lack of honesty when working with this dealer. We repeatedly asked about specific areas of concern with the vehicle, and the dealer claimed that it was a perfect vehicle with no problems. We found exactly the opposite to be true when we took it to the mechanic. It seems that the car was not really looked over, but was simply sold as if it had no problems.
