Dr. Heather LaChance is a warm, highly-regarded, and knowledgeable Licensed Clinical Psychologist serving Denver. She blends traditional therapy with holistic, innovative tools such as meditation, energy psychology, and EMDR. She has been a therapist over 20 years, with expertise in anxiety, trauma, and relationship distress. She completed a Marriage and Family Therapy degree at the University of Connecticut. She completed her second Master's and Doctoral degree at CU, Boulder. Her internship was at Harvard and her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Brown University. She helps people overcome self-doubt and negative beliefs so that they may move forward with greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-worth.
