Welcome, my friend! My name is Barby Loafman, and I am a certified female personal trainer, nutritionist, and corrective exercise specialist through the National Academy Of Sports Medicine. My personal training journey began over 7 years ago, and to this day, I still love it and I am passionate about helping others fall in love with fitness as well! That’s how I live my life. With everything that I do, I give 100% HARDCORE effort! My decision and dedication about fitness comes from both passionate and personal reasons. As a certified personal trainer, helping you make healthy decisions and succeeding in reaching your goals is my passion. Personal training is a personal path for me, and it started at home when my own mother battled with cancer and my father transitioned from cancer.
