This just happened (Apr. '09). My husband bought me a gold bracelet from this store in Nov. '06, and less than two years later(Aug. '07), it broke. I assume a link broke off because one minute it was on and the next it was off, and it took another minute to realize what happened. I recently took it in to be repaired, and inquired if they had a warranty.
