Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! They do not even look at your appliance when they arrive. When speaking to "Dupont" over the phone, he is absolutely RUDE and a smart***. My recommendation to the public....do NOT ever call these people to come fix your appliance. I literally had to tell "Dupont" not to get ugly with me over the phone!
