Back in February 2011 we purchased 4 tickets for an August game Boston vs Yankees. We received ticket confirmation with the correct dates and seats however the tickets arrived with a different date, making it impossible for us to attend. We were ripped off the money paid online and no one answered the telephone, we went to the physical address provided and no one opened during the business hours posted on the website and on their sign.
