It's a no-nonsense gym, not a whole lot of distractions i.e. sauna, whirlpool, sandwich bar, which just tends to defeat the purpose of getting in shape and losing weight. I especially like the teachers who are approachable and give good directions. They give you a choice of the easy or difficult work-outs. I'm not so good. I welcome the individual attention when I'm putting too much stress on my neck or knees. I now feel very comfortable. The staff are very professional.
