I parked my car in a greenwood parking lot and paid for the ticket to park there and all three of my friends saw me place it on my dash of the car in the window so it was able to be seen that im not parked illeaglly and i come out the culb and my car is gonna they say that the ticket was not in the window when they towed it I say they slim jimed my car and took it out of it and towed it they were towing cars left and right last night and then they have the gull to say it gonna cost 300 dollars to get it out dont get caught up folks their scam artist trying to make money!!!!
