Poor customer service. I went to this establishment to have a bridesmaid dress hemmed and taken in. I was informed that the dress would be ready on Tuesday after 5 p.m. After showing up twice, the second time at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, I was informed that the dress was not ready and was not back at the shop yet. This was a major inconvenience because I was unable to make it the rest of the week during business hours.
