Several years back, Dr. Stuer conducted himself unprofessionally--and unethically--and I will never forget the horror of that day. At the time, I contacted the Complaints and Investigations Division of the Maine Department of Professional Regulation and spoke to Nicolas Pesut, the complaints officer, who stated that I had "a good reason to complain here." I began gathering records and filling out paperwork - but because I was so consumed with grief at the time over the death of my pet, I didn't go through with the complaint. I regret that now. Ha
