Competence & trust are the 2 things that have made me a satisfied customer of Kalamazoo Imports for nearly a decade. Early on I found myself 10 miles from Kzoo with a puddle of transmission fluid under my VW Golf. I called Mark you instructed me how to limp it home. I fully expect to need a new transmission. Instead it was a gasket and in less than a day I was on the road for around $100. Since then he has always been fair and fixed it right the first time. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in Kalamazoo.
