These people are greedy and unscrupulous, in my opinion. I booked a suite months ahead, but when we got there, they had hiked the rates. It was too late, of course, to find lodging elsewhere, so we felt held hostage. Sure enough, on their website, it says that rates are subject to change at any time. I wish I'd read the fine print, but this had never happened to us before in 10 years of world travel. Then they actually charged extra to use our credit card. Greed, not hospitality, is their signature characteristic. Let the buyer beware.
