We brought my son's AWD/ SUV into the shop for a transfer case repair and to replace the tires. The challenge is that I live in PA and the vehicle was in Picayune. John's honesty and daily phone calls with updates assured me that his vehicle was being taken care of and that he would make sure that the job was done right. What impressed me the most was the additional research John did in his spare time on the vehicle to answer my questions. His prices were more reasonable than the local dealership and their turn around time was much faster. I love these guys and wis
