I paid to have this company come out and inspect my chimney. He said he cleaned and inspected it. Four weeks later, after I've moved in, there is a large leak in the chimney with water steadily dripping down into the firebox. I called him to ask him about this and about whether or not he had noticed anything when he "inspected" it. He said he didn't remember and that "if [he] told everyone that had a broken crown about it no one would call him anymore."
