I had seen a nice bike listed by this company on ebay. As they are not too far away I decided to call them to get more information and decided to go forward and buy the bike. I put $500 down to reserve the bike and received a bill of sale. When I went down to the store two days later, I found out that someone else had used the 'buy-it-now' feature on ebay the day before and that therefore they had to sell it to them, because they "have a contract with ebay".
