I am sorry I cant give lower rating then 1. very very bad experience. Started lying since the first day we met. I told them that the property is in flood zone, the association isnt being formed, there are few units left to be sold etc etc will the FHA Loan go thorough. They said yes. After I paid the application fees now they are saying that it cant be done because the condo association isnt formed. WHAT LANGUAGE DID I USE WHEN I TOLD YOU THAT. they are not refunding my money. they will not do the loan. I guess this is their business. charging people for what they cant
