I was lucky enough to discover the Bistro by accident while driving through beautiful scenic Hopewell (adjacent to Princeton). EVERYTHING is home made: pierogies, potato pancakes, veal/chicken paprikash, goulash, cabbage rolls, dumplings....should I keep going? This is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I have ever been to.
