I made a rather large purchase fom Stacy's Hallmark at the Coronado Mall, and one item was rung up at a regular price instead of 75% sale price. It was supposedly refunded, and the the transaction was made again. The following day, the "refund" appeared on my bank statement as a debit instead of a credit. I called the bank first and they referred to me to the merchant. I called the merchant, spoke with the manager who declared that she did not have time to look into this as she was on her way out of town. I said, "It is my money you need to take the time." She state
