Futon mattress delivered, it's the wrong -- non-standard -- size. Numerous calls and emails have generated empty excuses: The mattress will stretch over time; we can't do anything until after the holidays (10 days from now); Daniel is not here; we don't have delivery drivers available; we'll have someone pick it up; we'll have an answer by noon tomorrow; the driver will call you... This is probably not going to end well, and even if it does, this establishment must be avoided. One star, because "0" is not an option.
