OMG, It was a very unpleasant experience shopping at this business. Placed a rather large order and paid through Paypal, (thank heavens). Didn't receive any notification that my order had been received or acknowledged for 11 days after placing it. Tried contacting them by phone and email at least a dozen times, without any response. Finally contacted Paypal for some resolution. After several days of Paypal intervention, I was able to get their attention. The order was not, after all that, complete. Also, shipping charges were EXORBITANT! Painful
