I brought my husbands very expensive Tommy Bahama silk shirt here to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up I didn't recognize it. I brought a vibrant orange shirt in and left with a discolored yellow shirt. He denied any wrong doing and even charged me for the cleaning.! The owner "Tom" was rude, inconsiderate, irate and undiplomatic to say the least. There was even a "chuckle" in his voice. He didn't make good on what he had ruined and had the nerve to tell me that it wasn't his problem!
