Have a service contract with Home Depot for my GE Washer, which stopped working consistently for some time now. Jen came out and claimed it was my OUTLET. I paid to have a licensed electrician come out. Electrician confirmed the outlet was good. Jen came back with a condescending attitude...remember, he never tested the washer in the first place!
