I have shopped here for years but no more. The Murray Hill site has a manager who refused to exchanged two items for two equal value items because I had no receipt (gifts). I buy roughly $100 worth of media (dvds, games) and accessories every few weeks. He thought he was accomplishing something grand by turning his back on me (I was in mid sentence) after deciding he'd rather save his store a negligible loss than keep a good customer happy. Do not expect special treatment as a loyal customer. You would think in this economy the smaller guys would want beat
